COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

Who This Pathway Is For

This pathway is designed for individuals and couples seeking structured, relational support to better understand themselves, improve emotional wellbeing, and create meaningful and sustainable change.

You do not need to be in crisis or have a specific diagnosis to access this work. Many people come to therapy or structured programmes to deepen self-awareness, improve relationships, navigate transitions, or gain clarity and direction, as well as to work through difficulties.

Areas I Work With

My work is integrative and responsive, shaped by the individual or relationship rather than by diagnosis alone. Areas of support include, but are not limited to:

• Trauma and complex trauma, including PTSD
• Emotionally unstable and personality-based coping patterns (including EUPD/BPD)
• Anxiety, depression, and long-standing emotional distress
• Emotional regulation and nervous system difficulties
• Neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism
• Chronic illness, pain, fatigue, and their emotional and relational impact
• Relationship difficulties, attachment patterns, communication issues, and conflict
• Grief, loss, identity exploration, and life transitions

How Sessions Work

Sessions are collaborative, structured, and paced according to capacity and need. For individuals, the work focuses on understanding patterns, developing emotional stability, and integrating insight into everyday life. For couples, sessions create a structured space to slow interactions down, increase understanding, improve communication, and address recurring relational patterns.

Session frequency and duration are agreed together and reviewed as the work progresses, recognising that needs, energy levels, and circumstances can change over time.

Trauma-Aware and Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice

All work is grounded in trauma-aware and neurodiversity-affirming principles. Emotional safety, clarity, and consent are prioritised throughout. Adjustments are made to support communication styles, sensory needs, processing speed, and emotional regulation.

The intention is to provide a therapeutic environment where clients do not need to mask or perform, and where both individuals and couples can feel supported to explore difficulties at a pace that feels safe.

Booking and Enquiries

Sessions for individuals and couples can be booked directly or arranged following an initial enquiry. An early conversation allows space to clarify what you are looking for, explain how I work, and ensure this pathway feels appropriate and aligned.

Where needed, this discussion can also help identify whether alternative or additional support would be more suitable.
