Blue Amber Counselling Cancellation Policy

Blue Amber Counselling uses a system that generates a confimation text, email or both when you book a session. You will also get a reminder 48 hours before the actual day.

As we know there can be issues at times with technology where a message or email has not happened. However Blue Amber has a checking system that shows when a message has gone out or not!

I require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel you appointment. When this has not happened then the Full Rate for that session will be charged as normal.

All counselling sessions are payable before the session if paying by BACS or at the begining of the session if by cash!

Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy

Children and young persons under th age of 16 will need permission and guidance from a parent or guardian to use this website if they wish to submit personal information. Any consultations must be carried out with a parent or guardian present, at prsent this is still via ZOOM or other similar platform. A parent or guardian will need to be in the same vicinity when the online session is running.

Email Information

If you do correspond via email, I may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. I ofer the same protection as the other policies laid out in this page.
